Opera Star Performers - featuring Luke & Claudillea

Kuala Lumpur , 26 Nov 2018

Previously known as a member of 'The Ten Tenors', a group known for performing both classical and contemporary music, Luke became his own star after becoming Ricky Martin’s Grand Finalist and performing with him in The Voice (Australia) in 2013.

The Queensland born sensation is a fast rising star in the industry! Well known for his performances in Opera and Musical Theater, his capabilities extend to other genres such as Neapolitan Classics, Pop, Rock, Swing and Jazz, making him a versatile performer, suitable for various types of performances and events.

He is an accomplished theater performer, having previously been part of prominent theater plays such as Les Miserable, Chicago, Beauty and the Beast, The Last 5 Years, Songs for a New World, and Grease. Following his success at The Voice (Australia), he went on tour to promote his own debut album, titled ‘A Time For Us’. He has also recently released another single, ‘Skin & Scars’.

Another music sensation that we are featuring is Claudillea, a Malaysian-raised British-South African Coloratura soprano and versatile actress. As multi-talented as she is, her repertoire extends from Baroque to musical theater, to premiering her own works.

She recently gave a spectacular performance in Genting Highlands, opening for world famous male quartet, Il Divo, during their Malaysian stop of their Timeless World Tour.

Despite starting in musical theater, Claudillea made her off-broadway debut, playing the role of Patience in Whiskey Pants: The Mayor of Williamsburg. Currently based in London, this talented performer spends most of her time connecting to the community, seeking to use her singing as a tool to highlight social issues that affect our current climate. A gifted person both musically and with a golden heart, this beauty is an uprising star to watch out for!
